The aim of the author is, to unify methods of classical and relativistic field theory with help of a new functional of action, he calls super- functional. The independent function variables - each of them democratically equal - are the four components of spacetime displacement. Adopting Hamiltons principle and methods of Hamiltonian mechanics of discrete systems with non-conservative forces, the obtained variational principle contains informations about non-conservative external loads and dissipative constitutive behavior of the material and is so also valid for history dependent materials. The Euler-Lagrange equations resulting from this variational principle and first integrals of motion obtained with the method of ''Emmy Noether's erster Satz'' are combined to conservation laws. The author discusses these conservation laws in classical field theory and deduces in particular the laws of balance of angular momentum from this variational principle.
