Let \(X\) be an abstract set and \(\mathcal L\) a lattice of subsets of \(X\). To each \(\mathcal L\)-regular measure on the algebra generated by \(\mathcal L\), there are associated two measures on appropriate algebras of the Wallman space. In terms of these measures, we can obtain characterization for \(\sigma\)-smoothness, \(\tau\)-smoothness, and tightness of the original measure. In particular, tight regular measures and their properties are investigated.
