Fundamental solutions in micropolar elasticity (Q790634)

In this work the author studies the general form of fundamental solutions and determined the fundamental matrices associated with the equations of the micropolar elastostatic as well as the integral representation by means of these matrices. Utilizing the same method, for the dynamic problem, the time periodic fundamental solutions and the general fundamental solutions are also determined. In the latter case the explicit solution is given for \(\rho(\gamma +\epsilon)=j \mu.\) This paper generalizes the fundamental solution of classical elasticity and it might be very useful for researchers in applied mathematics.
