Definition: The functional-differential system \(\dot x(t)=f(t,x_ t),\quad x(t)\in R^ n\), includes the system \(\bar x\dot {\;}(t)=f(t,\bar x_ t),\quad \bar x(t)\in R^{\bar n},\quad \bar n\geq n\), if there exist two matrices U and V such that \(UV=I_ n\) and \(x(t_ 0,g_ 0)=U\bar x(t_ 0,Vg_ 0)\) for all initial data \(t_ 0\), \(g_ 0\). Effective conditions for inclusion of linear stationary differential- difference systems are obtained and applications to stability analysis of such systems are given. An illustrative example is also presented.
