The author inductively defines the notion of perfect cardinals: \(\kappa\) is perfect if and only if \(\kappa =\sum \kappa^{\lambda}\) where the sum is over all perfect \(\lambda<\kappa\). Several properties of them are proved without explicitly stating that they are exactly 0, 1, the strongly inaccessibles and cardinals of the form \(\beth_{\alpha +1}\). A notion of stationary sets is also defined.
