[For parts I and II see the last two reviews.] This is the third in a series of papers by the author and \textit{I. E. Segal} in which they develop a harmonic analysis of scalar and spinor bundles over a universal cosmos, i.e., a four-dimensional globally causal space-time manifold, which would be suitable for studying the Dirac and Maxwell equations, etc. In the present paper, the previous analysis is extended to include bundles and fields of arbitrary spin, and also considers conformally invariant notions. Contents include chapters on inducing representations; covariance of the Dirac operator; maximal essentially compact subgroup of the connected causal group - finite orthonormal and applications; global features of higher spin representations; spin one bundles; and errata for the previous two papers.
