We consider in \({\mathbb{R}}^ n\), \(n\geq 2\), the curve \({\vec \gamma}(t)=(t,t^ 2,...,t^ n)\), \(-\eta_ 0\leq t\leq \eta_ 0\), \(\eta_ 0>0\) a small number. We study the boundedness of operators \(T_{\delta}\), \(\delta>0\), defined by multipliers which present singularities along \({\vec \gamma}(t)\). Our results are derived from a sharp estimate on a suitable maximal function. In the case \(n=2\) the \(T_{\delta}'s\) are Bochner-Riesz operators and our result coincide with the known ones.
