A network theory approach to the rigidity of skeletal structures. II: Laman's theorem and topological formulae (Q792637)

[For part I see the preceding review, for part III the following one.] The analogue of the so called topological formulae of linear electric networks is studied. A new proof of Laman's theorem concerning 2- dimensional generic rigidity is thus obtained, together with some observations on covering graphs by trees.
