The effect of the Coriolis force on the Kelvin-Helmholtz instability is studied in the presence of rotation and slowly varying flow. The problem is solved by using the JWKB approximation method. Some results have been derived for the particular cases of parabolic profile, linear flow in a wide channel and the broken line profile of channel flow. Some graphical representation of the results would have been more interesting.
