Representations of orders and vector space categories (Q793824)

Let R be a complete discrete valuation ring. The author studies R-orders \(\Lambda\) in a semisimple finite dimensional algebra T over the quotient field of R such that \(rad(\Lambda_ 0)\subseteq \Lambda \subseteq \Lambda_ 0\subseteq T\) for some hereditary order \(\Lambda_ 0\) in T. It is shown that generalized vector space categories and socle projective modules over right multipeak rings introduced by the reviewer [in ''Vector Space Categories and their Socle Projective Modules'' J. Algebra 92 (1985; to appear)] (see also [''On Methods for the Computation of Indecomposable Modules over Artinian Rings'', in: Reports of 28th Symposium on Algebra - Ring theory and Algebraic Geometry, 26-29 July 1982, University of Chiba (Japan), 143-170]) can be applied in the study of the category \(latt(\Lambda)\) of \(\Lambda\)-lattices. The main result of the paper under review asserts that to any such order \(\Lambda\) one can associate a finite dimensional right multipeak algebra \(C=\left( \begin{matrix} E\quad M\\ 0\quad F\end{matrix} \right)\), with \({}_ EM\) faithful and F a finite product of division algebras, such that there is a representation equivalence \(latt(\Lambda)\to mod^ 0_{sp}(C),\) where \(mod^ 0_{sp}(C)\) is the category of finitely generated socle projective right C-modules having no simple projective summands. The main idea of the reduction presented in the paper is similar to the one suggested by \textit{Yu. A. Drozd}, \textit{A. G. Zavadskij} and \textit{V. V. Kirichenko} [Izv. Akad. Nauk SSSR, Ser. Mat. 38, 291-293 (1974; Zbl 0313.16033)].
