Generalizations of the mean values and their inequalities (Q794790)

The author generalizes root-mean-powers, their limits and inequalities to \[ s(r,t,a_ 1,...,a_ n)=(((n-1)!\Gamma(t+1)/\Gamma(t+n))[a^ r_ 1,...,a^ r_ n]y^{n-1+t})^{1/rt} \] where \([a_ 1,...,a_ n]f\) is the (n-1)-st order divided difference of f with base points \(a_ 1,...,a_ n\).
