For the dynamical equation system (a three-dimensional autonomous system) of hemoglobin given in \textit{P.Wang} and \textit{X. Ni}, The statistical dynamics of hemoglobin (or allosteric enzymes). J. Mol. Sci. 1, 113-121 (Chinese) (1982), we make some qualitative investigations. The investigations show that this system reflects the dynamical properties of hemoglobin satisfactorily.
