The author continues his study of preservation of base axioms under perfect maps and proves that the classes of spaces with a \(\delta \theta\)-base (weakly \(\theta\)-refinable spaces) are invariant under perfect mappings. The author shows a common approach of this proof with proofs involving other base axioms. This throws light on question 8 posed by the reviewer in Topology Proc. 3, 1-36 (1979; Zbl 0409.54038).
