The author investigates the properties of solutions of first order systems of equations which can be written in the form \(w_{\bar z}=q_ 1(z)w_ z+q_ 2(z)\bar w_{\bar z}, z\in D\) with the assumption that the uniformly ellipticity condition of this system \(| q_ 1(z)| +| q_ 2(z)| \leq const<1\) degenerates on some line on the boundary \(\partial D\) of the domain D.
