This paper generalizes \textit{M. Stone's} [Psychometrika 25, 251-260 (1960; Zbl 0114.115)] random walk model of two choice response times that is based on the sequential probability test and that predicts equal correct and incorrect response times to the same response. The generalized version allows a bias of the type found in signal detection theory to enter directly into the accumulation process. The resulting biased sequential probability ratio test model can predict any relation between correct and incorrect mean response times. The biased sequential probability ratio test model, the classical sequential ratio test and the symmetric relative judgement theory model are all fit to the data of a response time deadline experiment reported by \textit{D. M. Green} and \textit{R. D. Luce}, Attention performance, Academic Press (1973).
