On conformal transformations of Kropina metric (Q801301)

\textit{M. Hashiguchi} [J. Math. Kyoto Univ. 16, No.1, 25-50 (1976; Zbl 0328.53014)] has studied the conformal theory of Finsler spaces. The theory of Kropina metrics was investigated by \textit{L. Berwald} [Ann. Math., II. Ser. 42, 84-112 (1941; Zbl 0024.28203)] and \textit{V. K. Kropina} [Tr. Semin. Vektor Tenzor Anal. 11, 277-292 (1961; Zbl 0156.422)]. The purpose of the present paper is to establish the conformal theory of Kropina metrics and the transformation formulae for the difference tensor \(D^ i_{jk}(x,\dot x)\) and Cartan's connection coefficients \(\Gamma^{*i}_{jk}(x,\dot x)\) are obtained.
