The problems of the paper may be characterized as follows. Consider a collection of topological rings or topological vector spaces or similar structures with certain property \(P_ 1\). Further consider a topological ring or a topological vector space or a similar structure with a property \(P_ 2\). Under which conditions is there a one-to-one mapping which maps continuously and isomorphically the structure with the property \(P_ 1\) onto that with the property \(P_ 2?\) The property \(P_ 1\) considered in the paper is related to the cardinality of the basis, the property \(P_ 2\) is formulated by means of the cardinality of the sets. We do not give details as to the formulations of the mentioned properties. The paper gives some conditions under which such mapping exists. Thus the paper gives an analogous result for topological vector spaces etc. to those which were obtained for topological groups by \textit{A. V. Arkhangel'skij} [Dokl. Akad. Nauk SSSR 247, 779-782 (1979; Zbl 0476.54001)].
