A harmonizability condition for dyadic stationary processes in terms of the generalized Walsh functions is derived. The Walsh-harmonizable representation plays an important role in the analysis of such processes; laws of large numbers, sampling theorem, and the relationship between the dyadic stationary processes with spectral densities and linear dyadic processes. The representation also shows the possibility of the parallel discussions on the dyadic stationary processes to the ordinary (time invariant) stationary processes.
