In the theory presented here a new stochastic theory equivalent to the nonrelativistic quantum mechanics is given. The interpretation is basically statistical and there is a special feature. Namely, this stochastic theory is not of the type of Nelson's stochastic mechanics. For example a particle is described classically by its position, velocity, and phase, an extra variable connected to U(1) gauge degree of freedom.
