For a locally m-convex *-algebra E with bounded approximate identity, \({\mathcal E}(E)\), \({\mathcal R}(E)\) denote the enveloping algebras and the space of representations of E respectively, while \({\mathcal B}(E)\) stands for the nonzero extreme points of the continuous positive linear forms on E. The author establishes that for suitable locally m-convex *-algebras E, F and \(\tau\) on admissible topology on \(E\otimes F,\quad {\mathcal E}(E{\hat \otimes}_{\tau}F)\) (here \(E{\hat \otimes}_{\tau}F\) is the completion of \(E\times F\) when equipped with topology \(\tau)\) is given by completed \(\nu\)-tensor product of \({\mathcal E}(E)\), \({\mathcal E}(F)\) (where \(\nu\) is the projective tensorial locally m-convex \(c^*\)-topology), while \({\mathcal R}(E{\hat \otimes}_{\tau}F)\) is given by the Cartesian product of \({\mathcal R}(E)\), \({\mathcal R}(F)\). The relationship between \({\mathcal B}(E{\hat \otimes}_{\tau}F)\) and \({\mathcal B}(E)\times {\mathcal B}(F)\) is also examined.
