In this paper, we have undertaken an investigation covering three occasions in sampling on successive occasions with a view to examining efficiency robustness of the best linear unbiased estimator (BLUE) vis-a- vis certain other potentially conceivable estimators when the usual correlation model breaks down. We have inferred that the BLUE is, by and large, an efficiency robust estimate in the face of unforeseen deviations from the usual correlation model.
