A two-dimensional model of chemical reactor is proposed and investigated. For the model the existence of at least one stationary solution is proved for any parameters of the system. The sufficient criteria are determined for the existence of stationary mode in the region of parameter variation in which the mode is unique. An asymptotic expansion of solutions is constructed for small Péclet numbers and an approximate solution is given for moderate Péclet numbers.
