Structural representation of two-dimensional nonhomogeneous systems with distributed parameters (Q802507)

We consider the structural representation of coupled two-dimensional physical objects in the form of an interconnected system with distributed parameters. The state of the objects is described by differential equations of parabolic type. We give a method for the determination of the transfer functions of such a system for the case when the coupled objects have a rectangular form or are bounded by a certain closed curve.
