The authors apply the technique of the h-p version to the boundary element method for boundary value problems on plane non-smooth domains with piecewise analytic boundary and data. When a geometric mesh refinement is used near the vertices, an exponential rate of convergence of the boundary element Galerkin solution is obtained.
