Extending the categorical framework of \textit{S. Kaijser} and the author [Interpolation functors and duality, Lect. Notes Math. 1070, 152-168 (1984; Zbl 0552.46041)] the author provides an extension of the Aronszajn-Gagliardo theorem. In particular the result holds in the category of normed spaces, and also in the category of quasi-Banach spaces.
