\textit{G. Voronoi} in his seminal paper [J. Reine Angew. Math. 133, 97-178 (1907)] defined an adjacency notion for perfect symmetric positive definite quadratic forms in the \(n(n+1)/2\)-dimensional space of all symmetric quadratic forms. The Voronoi neighborhood of a perfect form f is defined to be the set of nonequilvalent perfect forms adjacent to f. This notion is useful for the classification of perfect forms. The paper describes the previously unknown Voronoi neighborhood of the form \(K_ 7\) which is shown to consist of 11 known perfect forms.
