Absolutely convergent Lidstone series. II (Q804741)

In ibid. 125, 72-80 (1987; Zbl 0626.30003) the author found necessary and sufficient conditions for an entire function to be represented by an absolutely convergent Lidstone series. Here he obtains an equivalent set of conditions. He also finds necessary and sufficient conditions for the absolute convergence of Lidstone series in the form originally used by \textit{J. M. Whittaker} [Proc. London Math. Soc. 36, 451-469 (1933)].
