The importance of the concept of the absolute continuity for measures is well-known and there exist several approaches as to how to generalize this concept to operators between Banach lattices. One of this approaches is due to W. A. J. Luxemburg (S\(\prec T\) if \(Sx\in \{Tx\}^{dd}\) for each x) and another is due to W. Feldman (S\(\prec \prec T\) if Sx belongs to the closure of the ideal generated by Tx). The authors of this paper introduce one new approach, of a sequential nature, and investigate it and its relations with the above-mentioned ones. The study is confined mostly to Banach lattices with quasi-interior points.
