New exact solutions of the Navier-Stokes equations are obtained, describing the stationary axisymmetric motions of an incompressible fluid near an infinite circular cylinder whose surface stretches and expands in the axial direction, so that the axial velocity component at the boundary is linear in the corresponding coordinate.
