Differential forms on loop spaces and the cyclic bar complex (Q806114)

The authors present a model for the differential graded algebra of differential forms on the free loop space LX of a smooth manifold X and show how to construct certain important differential forms in terms of this model. Their results make as explicit as possible the algebraic nature of the path integral for the Dirac operator and are in deep connection with the results of E. Witten and \textit{M. F. Atiyah} [Astérisque 131, 43-59 (1985; Zbl 0578.58039)].
