The following equation is considered \[ v_ t=(3/4)\partial^{- 1}v_{yy}-(3/2)v_ x\partial^{-1}v_ y+(1/4)v_{xxx}-(3/2)v^ 2v_ x-3\epsilon vv_ x. \] It is proved that the equation admits a standard Lax representation and describes a completely integrable Hamiltonian flow. Various solutions are given.
