This paper deals with the analysis of the basic physical properties of the algebraic-geometric solutions associated to the stationary axisymmetric vacuum Einstein's equations. Such solutions are not periodic, but localized as degenerate-soliton solutions. These solutions describe an interaction of a few localized rotating string-like objects on an arbitrary static background.
