The quantization of finite-zone potentials means the equation (1) \([L,A]=\epsilon I\). The author intends to solve the equation (1) with small positive \(\epsilon\), \(L=-\partial^ 2_ x+u\), and \(A=- 4\partial^ 3_ x+6u\partial_ x+3u'\). Namely, first of all to solve equation (1) he applies the theory of Lax pairs. Next he applies to the equation (1) the nonlinear classical approaches arising from the nonperturbative conformal string theory. The above equation (1) is the simplest one in the class of similar equations with \(A=\sum^{n}_{j=0}C_ jA_{n-j}\), where \(A_{n-j}\) is the soliton operator of \(\partial_ x\) with odd order. But it is the most complicated one, and it cannot be solved in exact form naively by his method. His asymptotic method gives the particular solution u(x)\(\sim \sqrt{-\epsilon x/3}\) as \(x\to -\infty\) only on real axis.
