A finite group is said to be semisimple if it is a direct product of (simply connected) simple algebraic groups. In this paper, the author investigates the order coincidences among the finite semisimple groups and gives a reasoning for such order coincidences through the transitive actions of compact Lie groups. This research is motivated by Artin's famous theorem.
