The authors consider the elliptic system: \(\varepsilon^{2}\triangle u-u+\frac{u^{p}}{v^{q}}=0, \triangle v-v+\frac{u^{m}}{^{s}}=0, u>0,\;v>0,\) in \(B_{R}\); \(\frac{\partial u}{\partial \nu}=\frac{\partial v}{\partial \nu}=0,\) on \(B_{R}\), where \(B_{R}\) is a ball in \(\mathbb{R}^N\). Under some conditions on the parameter \(N, p, q, R\), there are positive solutions to the system concentrating on an \((N-1)\)-dimensional sphere. In particular, this implies the existence of a positive solution in the case of \(N\geq 3\).
