The relaxation time of a dynamical system subjected to noise is defined as the time after which the distance of the system to equilibrium is reduced to a given factor. In conservative classical systems, this distance is expressed in terms of the mean square fluctuations of the probability density of the system with respect to the equilibrium density. In this paper, the authors present a study of relaxation time for quantum dynamical systems constructed by quantization of volume-preserving maps on the torus \({\mathbb T}^{2d}\), in which the noise is given by convolution-type operators. They exhibit a semiclassical regime \(\hbar < \varepsilon^E\ll 1\), \(E>1\), in which the classical and quantum relaxation times of Anosov maps share the same asymptotics, and a quantum regime \(\varepsilon \ll \hbar\ll 1\) in which quantum and classical relaxation times have different behaviours.
