Almost homogeneous Poisson manifolds (Q819307)

The author introduces a new obstruction to study the equivariance of momentum map for tangential Poisson actions. Momentum maps are very useful to describe mechanical systems. The generalization of this notion for tangential Poisson actions was introduced by Lu in 1989. In this work, the author first recalls the known dispersed relevant results. Then he defines an obstruction describing the equivariance of the momentum map. Finally, he proves that a compact symplectic Poisson homogeneous space is a torus bundle over some dressing orbit.
