In this paper, the author studies Dirichlet domains of two families of one-cone torus bundles, with respect to basepoints in the singular locus. Let \(\mathcal{T}\) be the once punctured torus, and let \(\mathcal{T}_{\theta}\) be the one-cone torus with cone angle \(\theta\in (0,2\pi)\). For any orientation preserving homeomorphism \(\phi:\mathcal{T}\to \mathcal{T}\), the quotient of \(\mathcal{T}\times \mathbb{R}\) by \((p,t)\sim (\phi(p),t+1)\) is a once-punctured torus bundle, and we get a one-cone torus bundle when \(\mathcal{T}\) is replaced by \(\mathcal{T}_{\theta}\). In this paper, the author considers once punctured torus bundles \(M_{1,0}\) and \(M_{2,0}\) given by homeomorphisms represented by \(\begin{pmatrix} 2 & 1\\ 1 & 1 \end{pmatrix}\) and \(\begin{pmatrix} 1 & 1\\ 2 & 3 \end{pmatrix}\) respectively, and corresponding one-cone torus bundles \(M_{1,\theta}\) and \(M_{2,\theta}\). When \(\theta\in (0,2\pi)\) is very small, all of \(M_{1,0}, M_{2,0}, M_{1,\theta}, M_{2,\theta}\) are finite volume hyperbolic (cone) \(3\)-manifolds. For any sufficiently small \(\theta\in (0,2\pi)\) and any basepoint \(a\) in the singular locus of \(M_{1,\theta}\) or \(M_{2,\theta}\), the author proves that the combinatorial structure of the Dirichlet domain of \(M_{1,\theta}\) or \(M_{2,\theta}\) with respect to \(a\) is determined by the combinatorial structure of the Ford domain of \(M_{1,0}\) or \(M_{2,0}\) respectively (Theorem 1.1). In Section 4, the author gives Ford domains of \(M_{1,0}\) and \(M_{2,0}\), which are convex domains in the upper half-space model of \(\mathbb{H}^3\), invariant under the periphral subgroup action that fixes \(\infty\in \partial \mathbb{H}^3\). In Section 7 and Section 8, for small \(\theta\in (0,2\pi)\), the author gives and proves the relation between the combinatorial structure of Dirichlet domains of \(M_{1,\theta}\) or \(M_{2,\theta}\) and the combinatorial structure of Ford domains of \(M_{1,0}\) and \(M_{2,0}\). The complication is that different basepoints on the singular locus give different Dirichlet domains, and the author needs to study an \(S^1\)-family of Dirichlet domains. For any basepoint \(a\), the author takes a corresponding fundamental domain of the Ford domain, under the periphral subgroup action. Then the author argues on different cases, according to whether the boundary of the fundamental domain goes through vertices of the Ford domain (singular case) or not (generic case).
