Consider the system \[ \frac{dy}{dz}=\biggl(\frac{A_0(z,t)}{z^2}+\frac{A_1(z,t)}{z}\biggr)y \] The behaviour of it's solutions in the neigbourhood of \(0\) is different in the cases when the eigenvalues of \(A_0(z,t)\) are pairwise distinct and in the case of multiple eigenvalues. Considering this system as a family of system depending on the parameter \(t\), the author claims that this family satisfies the integrability conditions in all variables. Let the value \(t_o\) of the parameter such that \(A_0(z,t)\) has multiple eigenvalues. The question is: ''how the Stokes data at \(t_o\) can be extended to some neighbourhood of \(t_o\)? A similar question was considered in [\textit{G. Cotti} et al., Duke Math. J. 168, No. 6, 967--1108 (2019; Zbl 1416.34079)] using the technique of Frobenious manifolds. In the present paper the technique of \textit{B. Malgrange} [Prog. Math. 37, 427--438 (1983; Zbl 0528.32018)] is used to obtain the answer to this question.
