The authors establish a uniform concentration of measure results for measurable Lipschitz functions on a product space equipped with a certain generalization of the Hamming metric. The proof combines a Herbst argument with an analogue of Shearer's Lemma for differential entropy. Other results in the present paper include a related classification of submeasures as hyperbolic, parabolic or elliptic, according to the properties of a certain covering number, and properties of related metric-measure spaces. Finally, implications of these results for the dynamics of topological \(L_0\) groups are also considered.
