Second order rectifiability of varifolds of bounded mean curvature (Q829524)

This nice article shows that given integers \(1\le m < n\) the support of an \(m\)-dimensional rectifiable varifold in \(\mathbb R^n\) with a uniform lower bound on both density and boundedness of generalized mean curvature can be \(\mathscr{H}^m\)-a.e. covered by a countable collection of \(m\)-dimensional submanifolds of the optimal \(\mathcal C^2\)-regularity.
