The author studies \(\delta=\text{const}\) deformations of complex plane curve singularities (in other terms, equi-normalizable or equi-generic deformations), making use of the notion of dual graphs associated with reducible curve singularities. In particular, he shows that the dual graph plays a role of an obstruction which controls the adjacency of singularities; it imposes strong restrictions on deformations. It turns out that for some examples the dual graph is more refined invariant than other well-known semi-continious invariants (Milnor and Tjurina numbers, the multiplicity, the signature of the canonical bilinear form in the middle cohomology of the suspension of curve singularity, etc.) Among other things the author also considers in details deformations of ordinary multiple points, the deformations of a singularity into the collections of ordinary multiple points and deformations of singularities given by the polynomial \(x^p+y^{pk}\) into the collections of \(A_k\)-singularities.
