    A CR-projective torus is a torus \(\mathbb T^{n,k} = \mathbb C^n \times \mathbb R^k/\Gamma\) for some lattice \(\Gamma\), endowed with the flat CR structure of \(\mathbb C^n \times \mathbb R^k\) and a 2-form \(\omega\), which is induced by a 2-form \(\widehat \omega: \Lambda ^2(\mathbb C^n \times \mathbb R^k)\to \mathbb R\) that takes integral values on \(\Gamma \times \Gamma\) and induces a positive definite Hermitian form on \(\mathbb C^n \). The existence of the 2-form \(\omega\) on \(\mathbb T^{n,k}\) is equivalent to the existence of a CR embedding of \(\mathbb T^{n,k}\) into a projective space. Two CR-projective tori \((\mathbb T^{n,k} , \omega)\) and \((\mathbb T^{n,k}{}', \omega')\) are called equivalent if they admit a CR-equivalence \(f\) such that \(f^* \omega' = \omega\). The authors show that the moduli space of CR-projective tori can be naturally identified with the quotient \(\mathcal U^\omega_{n,k}/H_{n,k}\), where \[ H_{n,k} = \left\{P = \left( \begin{matrix} \alpha & 0 \\ \beta & I_k\end{matrix}\right), \;\alpha \in \text{Sp}_{2n}(\mathbb Z),\;\beta \in M_{k,2n}(\mathbb Z) \right\}\qquad \text{and} \] \[ \mathcal U^\omega_{n,k} = \{L \in \text{Gr}_{\mathbb C}(n, 2n+k)\;: \;L \cap \overline L = \{0\} \text{ and } L \text{ is isotropic w.r.t. } g^\omega_L\}, \] where \(g^\omega_L\) is a particular bilinear symmetric form on \(L \in \text{Gr}_{\mathbb C}(n, 2n+k)\), depending on \(\omega\) and the standard complex structure of \(\mathbb C^n\). The quotient \(\mathcal U^\omega_{n,k}/H_{n,k}\) is proved to be a normal complex analytic space.
