Heat transfer occurs through radiative emission, descried by the saldo method for the crystal-shield-shaper system. Using mathematical modeling the authors determine the thermoelastic stresses and reveal the tendencies in their behavior, depending on the distance between the plate grown and shield and on the ratio of the crystal and shield heights. The BVPs based on 2D heat-conduction equation and the equilibrium equation is solved by FEM and compared with the experimental data.
