Consider the operator \(L\) on the space \(L_2([0,1];\mathbb C^n)\) defined by the formula \((Lu)(x)=A(x)u'(x)\) and its domain \[ D(L)=\left\{u\in W_2^1((0,1);\mathbb C^n): Su(0)+Tu(1)=0\right\}, \] where \(A(x),S\) and \(T\) are \(n\times n\) matrices. It is assumed that for all \( x\in [ 0,1]\), the matrix \(A(x)\) is invertible, its elements are measurable on \([0,1]\), \(\int_{0}^{1}\|A^{-1}(x)\|\,dx<\infty\) and for all \(x\in [0,1]\), the matrix \(A(x)\) is diagonalizable. When the argument of each eigenvalue of the matrix \(A\) is constant or nonconstant (for \(n=2\)), the localizations of spectrum of the operator \(L\) are given.
