Compatibility and common coincidence points in intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces (Q847429)

As a generalization of fuzzy sets, the concept of intuitionistic fuzzy sets and intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces has been introduced and studied. In this paper, the author introduces the concept of compatibility for multivalued mappings in intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces and uses it to prove common coincidence point theorems as a generalization of several fixed point theorems on metric spaces, Menger probabilistic metric spaces, uniform spaces and fuzzy metric spaces.
