The author proposes a numerical method for solving a weakly singular linear Fredholm integral equation on the interval [0, 1], having a special form: the equation has two integral terms with different kernels, the both integrals being understood as improper ones. The numerical method consists in construction as approximate solution, a zero-degree spline, with coefficients derived by means of the collocation method. The existence of the unique solution of the obtained linear algebraic system, and the convergence of the approximate solution to the exact one, are proved. Assuming, for the construction of the zero-degree spline, that the meshes are uniform, the author proves the convergence of the Bogolyubov-Krylov method for the same type of integral equations.
