The authors investigate asymptotic properties of Leray's weak solution of Navier-Stokes equations with bounded Dirichlet integral in a three-dimensional exterior domain, subject to prescribed constant velocity field at infinity and zero velocity on the boundary of the domain. This solution models a three-dimensional unbounded axisymmetric flow of viscous incompressible fluid past an axisymmetric body. The authors obtain an explicit decay rate of the solution when the velocity at infinity is zero.
