An \(m\times n\)-matrix \(A=\{ a_{i,j}\}\) is centrosymmetric if \(A=A^{\sharp}\) where \(A^{\sharp}=\{ a_{m-i+1,n-j+1}\}\). An inner inverse of a matrix \(A\) is a matrix \(A^{(1)}\) such that \(AA^{(1)}A=A\). A reflexive inverse of a matrix \(A\) is a matrix \(A^+\) satisfying the equalities \(A^+AA^+=A^+\) and \(AA^+A=A\). A ring \(R\) is called von Neumann regular if for every \(a\in R\) there exists \(a^{(1)}\in R\) such that \(aa^{(1)}a=a\). The author gives necessary and sufficient conditions for the solvability of the system of matrix equations \(XB_1=C_1\), \(XB_2=C_2\), \(A_3XB_3=C_3\), \(A_4XB_4=C_4\) over an arbitrary von Neumann regular ring \(R\), and he gives the representation of the general solution to the system. As an application necessary and sufficient conditions for the solvability of the system of matrix equations \(XB_1=C_1\), \(A_3XB_3=C_3\) in the case char\(R\neq 2\) and the representation of the general solution are given.
