Sufficient conditions are given for the existence of bounded nonoscillatory solutions of the third-order impulsive differential equation \[ \begin{aligned} y'''&(t)+f(t,y(t),y(g(t)))=0,\quad t\neq \tau_k,\;k\in \mathbb N,\\ &\Delta y''(\tau_k)+I_{k2}(y(\tau_k),y(g(\tau_k)))=0,\quad k\in \mathbb N, \\ &\Delta y'(\tau_k)+I_{k1}(y(\tau_k),y(g(\tau_k)))=0, \quad k\in \mathbb N, \\ &\Delta y(\tau_k)=0, \quad k\in \mathbb N. \end{aligned} \] Some asymptotic properties of bounded solutions of this equation are presented, too.
